Earth and Nature are spaces of natural kindness, beauty and joy. They connect us to the wonder, tenderness, gentleness and vital energy that is ours.

To ignore it is to ignore our own vital needs! The Love we have for the Earth and for the Living reflects the Love we have for ourselves.

I suggest that we go to natural spaces with humility, gentleness, silence and respect. There is no difference between Nature and us!
