Vibrational Ascension through diet

The aim of this module is to open the learner's consciousness, not to teach Tibetan medicine. This module is an integral part of the awakening process.

This course is of major importance in the life-force generation process linked to the ascension process.

Its aim is to awaken participants to a new vision of food.

It is open to Solaris trainees as a priority, and to all those who wish to participate.

Module content

A half-day course in vital vegan cooking, with lots of tips from the teacher on finding the right ingredients and how to cook them.

A half-day theory course on 
 -> digestion and its energy, 
 -> the energy constitution of people and their digestion, 
 -> the energy of flavors, 
 -> the obvious reasons for a healthy, well-chosen diet, 
 -> the benefits of a diet in alignment with our being, nature and the Universe on our joie de vivre according to the Tibetan medicine SOWA RIGPA or the 'science of consciousness'.

A detailed teaching manual 
Recipes
Tastings

Day 1: macronutrients, with a focus on plant proteins, healthy fats and unrefined sugars.
Practical part: preparation of 3 protein and anti-inflammatory spreads, discovery and tasting of omega-3-rich fats and various sweeteners.

Day 2: super foods (sprouted seeds, hemp, pollen, fresh plants - flowers, aromatic herbs, ... -seaweed, spices, etc.)
Practical part: tasting + learning how to sprout seeds, how to use spices, making a powder to make your own golden milk and a plant milk, making zaatar and remineralising gomasio, etc.
 
Day 3: Lacto-fermented foods
Practical part: making a jar of fermented cabbage + tasting kombucha or kefir
 
Day 4: Vitality-enhancing breakfasts and snacks
Practical part: making energy balls 
 
Day 5: Creating a menu for vitality and digestion
Practical part: using the elements seen and prepared on the previous days, work together in the kitchen to prepare the lunchtime starter-main course-dessert.

This programme can be modified and adjusted according to the season, the ingredients and the groups!

 -> Make the links between a person's physical and psychological constitution and their digestion, as well as their metabolism.

 

 -> Integrate the importance of food choices in the process of generating vital energy

 

 -> Connecting food to the principle of the Unity of the Body

 

 -> Discover the importance of subtle flavours in the vital process of digestion and the release of vital energy.

 

 -> Understand the function of the organs within Unity and the principle of harmony and divine perfection

 

 -> Discover the energetic teachings associated with food flavours

 

 -> Learn to cook in a practical way with Julie's cookery classes, which show participants the way to a smoother dietary transition.

The benefits of this course

  • Participants will receive a certificate of participation from the Académie Internationale du Créateur Quantique or, if they are students on the SOLARIS Cristal Pro course, their participation will be recorded on the SOLARIS course EVOCQ certification.

Details of the vital cooking module

Prerequisites

 -> Wishing to change your diet for greater vitality, health and joy, or as part of a process of vibratory ascent and awakening of consciousness.

 -> Those enrolled on the SOLARIS Cristal Pro course should wish to perfect their light crafting skills.

 

The teachers

Julie Lannot is a holistic cook, naturopath by profession, creator of well-being and sports holidays and author of the book Cyclique, which uses naturopathy and diet to help menstrual cycle disorders.

Muriel Gaillard is the creator of the SOLARIS Cristal Pro training course and the EVOCQ Method. She is a psycho-energetician, a guide on the path of spiritual ascension and a SOLARIS trainer.
