Distance energy work: what really happens, how it is prepared and what it does not promise.

Contents
Introduction
How can a session reach you if you are not in the room? The expression distance energy work is everywhere, and it leaves almost everyone puzzled.
The word distance is the most poorly chosen part of the phrase. It suggests a journey, a transmission, an energy that would travel through space to arrive somewhere.
This article therefore takes the question from the beginning: what the practice involves, what it asks of the practitioner, what it asks of the person receiving it, and what it does not promise.
The International Academy of the Quantum Creator teaches this work through the EVOCQ® method and the SOLARIS training, mostly online. In-person practice days then anchor it.
Distance energy work: what the practice really involves
In the Academy's framework, a distance session is not a watered-down version of an in-person session. It is the same work, carried out on the energy field rather than through physical presence.
The framework describes the vibrational body as an energetic hard drive: every experience leaves a lasting imprint on it. That imprint does not depend on where the person happens to be.
The practitioner therefore works with what presents itself in the field, with the person's consent and at an agreed time. Nothing is undertaken without that request.
The expression poorly describes what it refers to, and that is what makes it misleading. It suggests a transfer of energy from one point in space to another.
Nothing travels. The practitioner comes into coherence with the person's field, and it is this coherence that opens a space for work.
This distinction shapes everything that follows. Supporting an imaginary transmission is not the same as supporting a process of coherence sustained over time.
Why the field does not stop at the skin
Subtle anatomy stacks up layers, from the physical body to the light body, each with its own auric field. None of them stops at the outline of the body.
What the subtle bodies make accessible
The emotional body records emotional charges, the mental body the commentary we attach to them, the causal body older memories. The practitioner reads all of this together, never a single layer in isolation.
The chakras are part of this reading, each with its own colour and the frequency the framework assigns to it. Distance changes nothing in this reading: a dense centre is perceived in the field, not across the room.
What everyday language calls an energy blockage is read precisely there, in the density of the field. The word names an effect, and the reading looks for what set it in place.
Vibrational frequency and perceived density
A being's vibrational rate is expressed in Bovis units, and it is never fixed. It rises, it falls, and it can be read in the field long before it can be put into words.
The vocabulary of fields does not belong to energy work alone: fields in physics refer to a quantity defined at every point in space, with no transport of matter. The Academy's framework uses the word in the same spirit, and this shared language avoids many misunderstandings.
A field therefore has no sharp boundary. What is going on in you can be read in your field, and that field is not contained within the limits of your skin.
What comes into play when the two people are not in the same place
Three elements are enough, and they are always the same: a clear request, an agreed time, a sustained intention. The rest is the practitioner's work.
What distance energy work calls on is first and foremost a framework. Without a framework, there is no session, only a kind thought sent out at random.
The practitioner connects, sets their intention, then works with what presents itself: a density, a more heavily charged layer, a centre that no longer breathes. They do not try to become the narrator of a story.
The person receiving has nothing else to do but make themselves available. Lying down, breathing calmly, letting things come: that is enough, and it is already a lot.
The Intelligence of Light is called upon in this work, as in every session at the Academy. The practitioner does not rely on willpower alone, and that is what protects them from exhaustion.
The agreed time matters as much as the rest. Knowing that a session is taking place at a given hour changes the availability of the person receiving it, and this can be perceived in the field.
Vibrational therapy: what a protocol carried out remotely supports
Vibrational therapy addresses the coherence of the field, not the symptom. It supports, it harmonises, and it contributes to a felt sense of well-being.
Carried out remotely, vibrational therapy does not change in nature. The protocol taught in the programme keeps the same structure: a framework, an intention, a reading, a debrief.
Nothing is forced out. A vibrational session offers support, and it leaves the person free to choose what opens up.
This approach does not heal, does not treat, does not cure: these three verbs are not part of the Academy's vocabulary. It encourages relaxation and a freer flow, which is already considerable.
This work is judged over time, not on the effect of a single session. A learner very quickly learns to be wary of promises of quick results.
How a practitioner prepares, and what they ask before accepting
Preparation is half the work. A practitioner who arrives scattered reads poorly, and knows it before even starting.
What is settled before the session
They make sure the request really comes from the person concerned, and not from a worried relative. Supporting someone who has not asked for anything makes no sense in this framework.
They then ask what the person wishes to bring, without requiring a detailed account. A first name, an agreed time and a single sentence are enough in most cases.
Finally, they check their own state. Regular energy hygiene is not a luxury for established practitioners; it is the condition for perceiving accurately.
What preparation is not
It is neither a complicated ritual nor a performance. A few minutes of sitting, grounding in place, the framework recalled: simplicity is worth more than paraphernalia.
A learner also learns to say no. A request made in a rush, to stand in for medical advice that is still awaited, is declined gently and plainly.
What the programme teaches for practising without physical presence
Everything begins with the theoretical foundation: subtle bodies, chakras, meridians, cellular memory, vibrational frequency. You cannot read a field you are unable to name.
From foundation to steady practice
The programme then grounds vibrational therapy in supervised practice, with time for discussion and feedback on what each person perceived. This is where perception becomes calibrated.
The EVOCQ® method lies at the heart of this teaching: purification of the auric field, release of limiting memories, reconnection to the original vibration. It can be practised in person or remotely.
The SOLARIS training extends this work into vibrational ascension technologies and the Intelligence of Light. Its modules follow one another with individual follow-up.
Live sessions have a special place in this programme. They make it possible to practise together remotely, then to compare perceptions while the session is still fresh.
The details of the programme are clarified during the discovery call, according to each person's project and pace. They are also available on request via the contact page.
What the student checks before offering support
No one carries out remotely what they have not experienced in person. The programme therefore asks everyone to receive before giving.
This step is not comfortable. Yet it is what separates a practice from book knowledge, and no shortcut can replace it.
This is where individual mentoring comes into its own. A mentor trained by the Academy hears what is getting stuck and restores the framework when it starts to slip.
The student also learns to gauge what they do not yet know. Recognising a request that goes beyond one's level of practice is a professional act, never an admission of weakness.
One's soul mission often reveals itself along the way, and rarely where one expected it. Being a lightworker is not something you declare: it shows through practice, in any profession.
Feedback from the group plays the same role. What is shared in a discussion session usually stops weighing on one person alone.
Simple anchors for a practice carried out remotely
No session replaces what you do between sessions. A few anchors are enough, and they can be summed up in a few words.
Grounding before the session: two or three minutes standing, attention brought down into the feet.
The agreed time: a set hour holds better than a vague intention.
The short debrief: three written sentences are worth more than a long report.
Quantum meditation: it puts the practitioner back in their place before receiving a request.
Real rest: nothing replaces a full night's sleep when the week has been intense.
None of this is about performance. These anchors hold through regularity alone, and that is what makes it possible to last ten years rather than six months.
Two lines written after each session are enough to see the path, provided you reread them one day. What seemed confusing in March becomes clear in June.
Table: in-person session and remote session
The two formats are not opposed, nor do they replace each other. The table below shows what really changes from one format to the other.
Aspect | In person | Remotely |
Reading the field | Hands and overall listening | Overall listening only |
Connection | Immediate, through presence | Established through intention |
Debrief | Spoken, straight afterwards | Written or by video call |
Pace | Travel to plan for | Short time slot, no travel |
What does not change | Framework, intention, ethics | Framework, intention, ethics |
They share their journey
Valérie B. took the SOLARIS training. Her review, posted on the Academy's Google listing, comes down to two sentences.
“An accessible training, a path that is both rich and simple.”
“Illuminating, vibrant.”

Ethical framework for energy support
The Academy's energetic and spiritual approach is complementary to medical care, and it never replaces it. The two areas do not compete with each other.
In the presence of a physical symptom, persistent pain or an unusual sign, you should see a doctor before anything else. A trained practitioner says so plainly, and says so early.
The practitioner never asks anyone to stop an ongoing treatment, and does not comment on a prescription. This boundary is not negotiable, however insistent the person asking may be.
No one here promises results or makes any statement about a medical condition. The vocabulary used remains that of support: harmonising, soothing, contributing to well-being.
Any sustained breathing practice falls under the supervision of a trained practitioner, and is not described in an article. This point is not a stylistic precaution.
This framework is not there to reassure the Academy. It keeps everyone in their proper role, and it distinguishes a steady practice from well-meaning improvisation.
Frequently asked questions about distance energy work
Can a distance session replace a medical consultation?
No, and no trained practitioner will claim it can. The energy approach makes no statement about any medical condition and is complementary to medical care.
Do I need to be lying down and available during the session?
It is preferable, though not an absolute requirement. A quiet moment, without screens or conversation, simply leaves more room for what you feel.
Is a distance session less effective than an in-person session?
The question needs to be framed differently: the two formats do not work with the same anchors. Presence brings touch and eye contact; distance brings regularity and no travel.
Many clients followed over several months alternate between the two formats, depending on the period. The choice is theirs, and it is discussed at every stage.
What does one actually feel during a session carried out this way?
It varies from person to person, and no one can predict it. Warmth, a sense of release, a desire to sleep, sometimes nothing distinct at the time.
Can this practice be learned through online training?
Yes, and it is in fact the programme's main format. Live sessions, individual feedback and in-person practice days complement one another.
I live abroad: does that change anything?
No, neither the time difference nor the distance. The time is set by mutual agreement, and that is the only real constraint.
Taking stock in a discovery call
If this article has answered a question you had in mind, the next step is best discussed in person. The International Academy of the Quantum Creator offers a free, no-obligation discovery call.
You will tell us where you are starting from, what you are looking for and at what pace; the programme arrangements are then tailored case by case.
Book a discovery call — and let the practice find its place, at the distance that suits you.
