Energy meridians: where energy flows, what slows it down and what the Académie teaches about them.

Contents

Introduction

Have you ever felt, at a specific moment of the day, an area of your body that seems to close up all at once, as if something no longer passes through it? Subtle anatomy has a name for these pathways of circulation: energy meridians.

They show up on no X-ray and cannot be palpated like a muscle. They are felt and learned, just like the seven chakras or the layers of the auric field.

This article describes what these circuits are, what slows the energy flowing through them and how a trained practitioner works with them. It also explains the place of energy meridians in the curriculum of the International Academy of the Quantum Creator.

You will find the vocabulary of subtle anatomy, a table putting things into perspective and a student's testimonial. The approach described remains a complementary form of support: it never replaces medical care.

Energy meridians: what we mean in subtle anatomy

In the Academy's framework, subtle anatomy does not stop at the organs. It describes nested subtle bodies, seven chakras and pathways along which energy moves.

These pathways are the meridians. They form a continuous network, punctuated by points of support that Eastern traditions call acupuncture points.

The most telling image is that of an irrigation network. When a channel is clear, water reaches every plot; when it gets clogged, one area stays dry even though the source has not run dry.

This network is one of the fields of application of the vibrational therapy taught at the Academy. It is worked on as a continuous whole, never in isolated fragments.

A network, not a collection of points

Working on an isolated point makes little sense if the whole pathway remains clogged. This is why the training emphasises reading the network before any hands-on work.

A trained practitioner first observes the coherence of the whole. They look at where energy flows freely and where it comes to a pause.

This overall reading changes everything in practice. It avoids chasing a symptom and brings attention back to the flow itself.

The main circuits and what they connect

The network is usually read as twelve paired pathways, symmetrical on either side of the body. To these twelve are added two central vessels, one at the front, the other along the spine.

Each pathway bears the name of an organ without being reduced to that organ. It refers to an energetic function: receiving, transforming, eliminating, distributing.

It is this functional reading that interests the energy practitioner. It gives them a map of circulation, not an organ diagnosis.

The traditional names should therefore be taken as vocabulary markers. Students learn to use them as a grammar of circulation, not as a clinical nomenclature.

The two central vessels

The front vessel and the back vessel form the vertical axis of the being. They connect grounding in the earth to the opening towards the Source, and pass through the seven chakras.

Many students discover this axis before anything else. It is often felt as a column of warmth that rises, or that stops along the way.

This axis serves as a common thread in the first modules. It provides a stable reference point when the rest of the network still seems unclear.

What slows the flow: stagnation and memories

Energy does not disappear; it slows down. An emotion that has not been worked through, a shock or a period of exhaustion leaves an imprint in the vibrational body.

The vibrational body works like an energetic hard drive: every experience leaves a trace there. When these traces build up on the same pathway, the flow becomes slower and less fluid.

This is what the framework calls cellular memory. It explains no pathology: it describes an energetic imprint that vibrational work can help to lighten.

In energy meridians, this slowness is felt before it is understood. Students learn to name it without projecting a medical cause onto it.

Releasing these imprints takes up a large part of the curriculum. It happens in stages, at the learner's own pace, and always within a safe, structured setting.

What stagnation is not

Energetic stagnation is neither an illness nor a verdict. It allows no conclusion about an organ and replaces no medical examination.

When faced with persistent pain, unusual fatigue or any physical symptom, the approach remains simple: see a doctor.

Meridians, chakras and subtle bodies: three readings of one subtle anatomy

The three notions overlap without merging. The chakras are centres of transformation, the meridians are pathways, the subtle bodies are layers.

A centre can spin freely while a pathway remains clogged further downstream. This is why the training teaches all three readings rather than just one.

The layers, from the physical body to the light body, give depth. The pathways give movement, and the centres give the quality of transformation.

Why not stop at the chakras

The seven chakras are the best-known gateway to subtle anatomy. Limiting yourself to them leaves aside the question of the pathway, and therefore that of the actual flow.

A learner who reads all three levels gains in precision. They stop looking for a faulty centre and observe the path of the energy.

This connection is also what links the practice to the auric field. The pathway nourishes the layer, and the layer reflects the overall vibration.

Vibrational therapy applied to energy meridians

Vibrational therapy does not try to force a way through. It offers the field a stable reference frequency and lets the flow reorganise itself.

The practitioner places their hands at a distance or in contact, according to the protocol learned. They work on the whole pathway, not on an isolated point of the body.

This vibrational approach relies on the notion of coherence: a coherent field flows better than a scattered one. The session aims for a return to coherence, never a promised result.

The vibrational rate, which some practitioners assess in Bovis units, serves as a marker of progress. It measures no aspect of health and protects against nothing.

What the session shifts, and what it does not do

Participants most often describe relaxation, a sensation of warmth or tingling, sometimes a lasting sense of calm. These are felt experiences, not proof.

A vibrational treatment supports, harmonises and contributes to well-being. It does not cure, does not treat and heals no pathology.

This limit does not weaken the practice; it makes it sustainable. A student who respects it moves forward without promising the impossible to those who come to see them.

Recognising the signs of a slowed flow

You do not need to be a practitioner to observe your own flow. Four simple markers are enough to begin observing.

An area that closes up: a place in the body where movement seems to stop, always the same one from one day to the next.

Fatigue without a cause: a dip that returns at the same time, unrelated to the day's exertion.

Grounding that gives way: a feeling of floating, of no longer feeling your feet carrying the weight of your body.

An emotion that keeps circling: the same thought, the same tightness, returning without ever easing.

Observing without concluding

The value of these markers lies in their repetition, not their intensity. A one-off sensation tells you nothing; a sensation that returns to the same place deserves attention.

Noting what comes back avoids two pitfalls: hasty interpretation and forgetting. The rest is worked on with a trained practitioner.

What the Academy teaches about these circuits

The International Academy of the Quantum Creator is an online training organisation. Its curriculum combines an energetic and spiritual approach and places subtle anatomy among its fundamentals.

The exclusive Méthode EVOCQ®, the Teachings of the Golden Volumes of the Quantum Creator (Enseignements des Volumes d'Or du Créateur Quantique), works on purifying the auric field and releasing limiting memories. Energy meridians are addressed there as one of the planes of circulation.

The SOLARIS training extends this foundation towards practice as a practitioner of vibrational ascension technologies and of the Intelligence of Light. It alternates theoretical modules, supervised practice and individual support.

The programme remains progressive, with no externally imposed timetable. Everyone moves forward at their own pace, with mentoring available at every stage.

This circulation is never worked on cold. It first requires inner grounding, developed step by step in our article on quantum meditation.

In person and online

Most of the curriculum is followed remotely, from home, with live sessions and exchanges with tutors. Practice days and grounding weekends complement this foundation.

The precise arrangements are decided case by case. They are clarified during the discovery call, and the detailed curriculum is sent on request.

Ethics: a complementary approach, never a substitute

Work on the meridians belongs to the field of well-being practices, which are classed under alternative medicine. It complements medical care and never replaces it.

A practitioner trained by the Academy makes no diagnosis and never asks anyone to stop a treatment. When faced with a physical symptom, they encourage the person to see a doctor.

No session promises a result and no training guarantees an outcome. What is passed on is a framework and a stance.

Intense breathing practices are not part of what this article describes. Where they exist in a programme, they are practised under the supervision of a trained practitioner.

Words carry commitment

Saying that an approach supports, harmonises or contributes to well-being is not a stylistic precaution. It is the real limit of what is taught.

The words cure, treat and heal do not belong to this practice. Using them would expose the student as much as their client.

Who this work is meant for

Four profiles regularly come up in each intake. None requires any particular academic prerequisite.

The curious beginner: they have received an energy treatment, came out of it feeling different, and want to understand what happened.

The well-being professional: they are already practising and are looking for a coherent energetic reading to integrate into their practice.

The person changing careers: they are leaving a job that no longer fulfils them and moving towards a form of support aligned with their soul mission.

The seeker of meaning: long committed to a path of awakening consciousness, they come to put words to what they already felt.

These four entry points meet in the same intakes, and it is this mix that makes the exchanges so rich. A lightworker finds a community of practice there rather than a classroom.

Our students' experience

Lina C. followed individual mentoring on the path of awakening, from Colombia. Her review captures well what balancing the fields changes in everyday life.

“A before and after on my spiritual path. This is truly individual mentoring on the path of awakening, entirely tailored to my experiences and my spiritual journey.”

“This support brought me real value, in particular the balancing of my energy fields through the 7 chakras, a deep connection to my heart, as well as more faith, patience and emotional stability.”

“Muriel was a caring guide, present at every step, offering methods, knowledge and support to go through this process smoothly and effectively.”

What she describes is not a guaranteed result; it is a path travelled. Each journey remains unique and comes with no promise.

Frequently asked questions

Can energy meridians be seen in a medical examination?

No, and that is not what they claim to be. They belong to an energetic reading of the body, complementary to the medical approach and with no claim to be an examination.

Do I need to be practising already to follow this curriculum?

No. The fundamentals start from vocabulary and felt experience, and many students arrive with no prior practice at all.

How long before I can feel a pathway?

This varies greatly from one person to another and no timeframe can be promised. Most participants place their first sensations after a few weeks of regular practice.

Can these circuits be worked on remotely?

Yes, the curriculum is followed online and supervised practice is organised in live sessions. In-person days are still offered to deepen the hands-on practice.

Can I stop my treatment if I feel better?

No, under no circumstances. An energy treatment supports medical care, and any change to a treatment is a matter for the doctor alone.

How do I know if this programme is right for me?

The simplest way is to talk about it in person. The discovery call is there for exactly that, and the arrangements are then clarified there.
