Quantum meditation: what it opens up, how to practise it and its place in vibrational therapy

Introduction
Have you ever closed your eyes in search of calm, only to find a mind spinning even faster? This experience is common, and above all it shows that a sitting without a framework spins in a void.
Quantum meditation does not ask you to empty your mind: it asks you to set an anchor, an intention and a direction. Silence then becomes a space for work, rather than a test of willpower.
This practice runs through the entire curriculum of the International Academy of the Quantum Creator, from the first guided breath to the protocols of the Méthode EVOCQ®. There, it plays the role of a daily sitting for the practitioner, long before that of a relaxation exercise.
Here you will find what this practice involves, how a session actually unfolds, what it shifts in the vibrational field and how it fits into the SOLARIS pathway. The limits of the practice are set out with the same precision as its benefits.
Quantum meditation: what this practice involves
Quantum meditation refers to an inner sitting carried out with a precise intention, in which awareness settles instead of scattering. It borrows its posture and breath from classical meditation, and adds work directed at the energy field.
Where relaxation seeks ease, the sitting seeks alignment: a state in which the vibrational body, the mind and the intention all face the same direction. This alignment is developed, session after session.
An inner sitting rather than a relaxation technique
Relaxation is an effect of the practice, not its goal. The goal remains coherence, that is, the ability to hold a stable vibration when the day itself is anything but.
Three elements set this sitting apart from a simple moment of rest, and they are taught from the very first sessions. None of the three is optional.
A set intention: the practice opens with a short inner sentence, phrased in the present tense.
Prior grounding: the feet, the pelvis and the breath come before any rise in awareness.
An explicit closing: the sitting is closed just as a session is closed, never left hanging.
These three supports apply as much to a beginner as to a practitioner established for years. The framework does not get simpler with experience; it is simply held better.
Why the Academy makes it a cornerstone of the curriculum
A learner who never sits learns gestures; a learner who sits every day learns to inhabit them. That is where the whole difference lies, and it shows in sessions within the first few months.
The Academy considers the sitting to be the first working instrument, before the protocols and before reading the auric field. Nothing can be passed on cleanly from a cluttered field.
Awakening of consciousness and stability of the field
The awakening of consciousness is not a single event but a series of inner shifts, which regular practice makes readable. The field stabilises as attention becomes more reliable.
A guide who practises recognises more quickly what belongs to them and what belongs to the other person. This distinction protects both and avoids confusing felt sense with projection.
Field hygiene: regular upkeep, comparable to the care a craftsperson gives their tools.
Reliable felt sense: a trained perception can be re-read, an occasional perception is merely guessed at.
Staying power: regularity matters more than the length of each session.
These three points are worked on together, and they take weeks rather than days. No shortcut holds up in this area, and the Academy tells new learners so plainly.
How a guided sitting unfolds, from grounding to closing
A guided quantum meditation follows a stable sequence, found from one module to the next. Seven stages form its framework, and each one serves a precise function.
The seven stages of a guided sitting
Settling the body: seated posture, long back, open hands, relaxed jaw.
Grounding: awareness descends into the feet and pelvis before any elevation.
Steady breathing: a slow rhythm through the nose, without forcing and without intense breathwork.
Stated intention: an affirmative sentence that gives the sitting its direction.
Rising in vibration: awareness expands to the subtle bodies and the auric field.
Settling and listening: images, sensations and memories that arise are welcomed without analysis.
Closing and return: the field is closed, then you come back to the body and the ground.
Before the sitting: grounding and intention
A sitting without grounding rises quickly and comes down badly. Grounding remains the condition for a sustainable practice, especially for a beginner who perceives a great deal.
Intention prevents a drifting practice: it gives the field a direction rather than an expectation. A simple sentence is enough, repeated word for word from one session to the next.
After the sitting: closing and coming back down to earth
An unclosed sitting leaves the day hazy and perception porous. Closing is not a matter of comfort; it is a rule of practice.
A few minutes of walking, a glass of water, a written note: returning to the concrete is part of the protocol. The body becomes the reference again, and everyday life resumes its place.
Vibrational therapy: what the sitting shifts in the energy field
Vibrational therapy works on frequency rather than on symptoms: it seeks to harmonise a field, not to act on an organ. The sitting is its most accessible gateway.
The vibrational body works like an energetic hard drive in which every experience leaves an imprint. Emotional memories settle there, and some of them loosen during the sitting.
Vibrational coherence: what are we talking about?
Vibrational coherence describes a field whose layers no longer contradict one another: the body wants what the mind declares. It is cultivated slowly, and it is quickly lost under strain.
Vibrational frequency, which some assess in Bovis units, rises or falls over the days and through encounters. A high level protects against nothing and promises nothing.
A coherent field can be recognised by simple signs: more direct speech, steadier attention, less scattering during the day. Nothing spectacular happens, and that is rather a good sign.
What can be observed, and what cannot be measured
Participants most often describe deep relaxation, a calmer mind and a feeling of vitality. These lived effects are enough, and no promise of results comes with them.
The vibrational approach is practised as a complement to an energy healing session received from an energy practitioner, never in its place. Complementarity is the rule, with no hierarchy between the approaches.
Quantum meditation and the Méthode EVOCQ®: purify, release, reconnect
The Méthode EVOCQ®, Enseignements des Volumes d'Or du Créateur Quantique, purifies the auric field, releases limiting memories and reconnects you to your original vibration. The meditative sitting serves as a support for all three movements.
Purifying the field: an available space, lightened of what was picked up during the day.
Releasing what weighs you down: non-judgemental listening to what rises from cellular memory.
Reconnecting to the Source: a direction held towards the Intelligence of Light.
Quantum space, hidden gold and ascension
In the Academy's vocabulary, quantum space is the inner space where hidden gold is released during ascension, in alignment with the Source. The sitting gives access to it without forcing and without any spectacular technique.
Vibrational ascension is a gradual and collective movement, not an individual performance. Each sitting contributes to it in its own measure, with no timetable to follow.
This is where vibrational therapy and meditative practice meet: the same field, the same attention, two gateways. One is received, the other is cultivated.
Obstacles in practice and how to move through them
Three difficulties come up for almost everyone who begins quantum meditation, and none of them indicates a lack of aptitude. They point to a framework that still needs adjusting.
The overflowing mind: the sitting becomes a running commentary rather than a listening.
Falling asleep every time: a sign of sleep debt, not a failure of practice.
The feeling that nothing is happening: perception builds slowly, often through the body before images.
When nothing happens: what it says about the field
A sitting with no sensation at all is still a useful sitting: the field settles even when awareness does not register it. Felt sense comes later, and rarely on demand.
A short daily session is better than a long, occasional one. Ten minutes held every day build more than one hour a month.
Jotting down in two lines what came through during the sitting helps you review progress over several weeks. A written record objectifies what memory tends to rearrange.
A learner who compares their progress with someone else's wears themselves out without moving forward. The benchmark remains inner, and it can be read over several months.
From meditator to guide: passing on a sitting
Guiding a sitting for someone else cannot be improvised: it takes a calm voice, a slow pace and attention shared between your own grounding and the client's. Passing it on is learned, like a technical skill.
A guide recognises their soul mission in the way they hold the framework, a point developed in our article on the lightworker and their soul mission. The link between the two is direct: you can only pass on well a practice that you inhabit.
The voice: a slow delivery, short sentences, no stylistic flourishes.
Silence: deliberate empty moments that leave room for settling.
The framework: an announced duration, a clear closing, no imposed interpretation.
Guiding is not about producing an experience in someone else, but about holding a space in which it can arise. The nuance is decisive: it separates accompaniment from demonstration.
The stance of the quantum coach, a guide trained by the Academy, rests on this sitting more than on a repertoire of techniques. The framework comes before the tool, always.
SOLARIS: the place of the sitting in the practitioner pathway
The SOLARIS training prepares students for the profession of practitioner of vibrational ascension technologies and of the Intelligence of Light. The sitting opens each module, and it is also its common thread.
The tools of vibrational therapy are then layered onto this foundation: reading the field, harmonisation protocols, closing the session. The sitting remains the foundation; it cannot be made up for later.
Guided meditations: downloadable resources, to be used as many times as needed.
Exchange sessions: online meetings with the founder and the group of learners.
Practice days: in-person gatherings depending on the chosen pathway.
A practitioner pathway is measured less by the number of modules completed than by the consistency of the sitting between two sessions. This consistency shows straight away in the treatment room.
The detailed curriculum is sent on request via the contact page, and the arrangements are explained during the discovery call. Each student progresses at their own pace, according to their real availability.

They share their journey
Liliane D. completed an individual mentorship with Muriel Gaillard, founder of the Academy. Her testimonial clearly shows what sustained practice shifts, with tools in hand.
“I have completed my mentorship with Muriel Gaillard. This mentorship was an extraordinary experience. Over the months, I appreciated her guidance and her teaching skill in taking me on a journey through memories hidden deep within me. With the help of tools such as meditation, reflection, metaphors and the little genie cards, speaking became easier. Muriel also guided me along the path of the awakening of consciousness, to see things differently through transformation processes, to understand my limits and to access other truths. As a therapist, I now have new tools in hand to keep doing good around me.”

Ethics and limits of meditative practice
Quantum meditation falls within the field of personal development and the awakening of consciousness, as a complement to conventional medical care, for which it is never a substitute. No condition is targeted and no cure is promised.
In the presence of a physical symptom, persistent pain or ongoing treatment, a medical consultation remains the first step. A trained practitioner reminds clients of this and never advises stopping medical follow-up.
Vibrational therapy accompanies, harmonises and contributes to well-being; it does not heal, does not treat and does not cure any illness. This limit is taught from the very first module.
Intense breathing practices are neither described nor recommended here: they require supervision by a trained practitioner. The breath remains slow and nasal in all the sittings offered.
Frequently asked questions about quantum meditation
What is quantum meditation, in concrete terms?
It is a guided sitting that combines grounding, steady breathing and a stated intention, in order to align the field rather than to empty the mind. Relaxation follows from it, but it is not the goal.
Do you need to know how to meditate already to get started?
No, quite the opposite: the framework is designed for a beginner who has never sat still for ten minutes. The first sessions are guided, and nothing is left to improvisation.
How long should you practise each day?
Ten to twenty minutes a day is plenty to begin with, and is better than one long weekly session. Regularity does the work, not duration.
How can I tell whether I am progressing?
The markers are simple: you settle in faster, you come back more easily after a distraction, and closing becomes natural. Sensations come later, and vary greatly from one learner to another.
Does this practice replace an energy healing session or medical care?
Neither: the sitting is personal work, energy healing is received from an energy practitioner, and medical care is the doctor's domain. All three complement one another without replacing each other.
Can the practice be followed remotely?
Yes: the guided meditations can be downloaded and the exchange sessions take place online, with in-person practice days depending on the pathway. Each participant chooses their own pace, as close as possible to their real life.
