The work of forgiveness: what it releases in the vibrational body, why it resists and how to move through it.

Introduction

Have you ever understood, with perfect clarity, that you needed to forgive, without feeling anything change inside? This gap between what we understand and what we feel is precisely the starting point of the work of forgiveness.

In the EVOCQ® method, forgiving is not a moral decision made once and for all. It is an inner movement that settles, at its own pace, in the vibrational body.

This article describes what this stage involves, why it often resists longer than the others, and how the International Academy of the Quantum Creator supports it. You will also find the ethical framework that surrounds this practice.

The approach presented here is energetic and spiritual, complementary to medical care, and never a substitute for it. It is intended for learners and adult clients, free to choose their own pace.

The work of forgiveness: what the term covers in the method

In the Academy's body of teaching, the work of forgiveness refers to a specific stage on the path of releasing memories. It consists neither in excusing what happened, nor in restoring a broken relationship.

Forgiving, as the method understands it, is not a formula to be spoken. It is a feeling that settles deep in the heart, and then stops feeding emotional memory.

The distinction is decisive for a learner. As long as the movement remains mental, the charge stays lodged in the vibrational body, intact, ready to resurface at the first opportunity.

This timing of its own explains why two students in the same module do not move through this stage at the same pace. The curriculum follows this real rhythm, as described in our article on training in energy work in the second half of life.

The Academy therefore distinguishes two levels of forgiveness. The first is a surface agreement, useful but fragile; the second is a real settling, which changes the way one inhabits the memory.

Why forgiveness resists when everything seems understood

Many participants arrive with an already refined understanding of their story. They can name the wound, place the moment, explain what was at play — and yet nothing shifts.

In the energetic frame of reference, the reason is simple. Understanding works on the mental body, whereas the imprint itself is inscribed in the emotional body and in the vibrational body.

An emotional memory does not dissolve because it has been understood. It needs to be acknowledged, moved through, then put back in the past rather than in the present.

This is why the method never calls for an extra effort of will. Forcing the movement adds a layer of tension on top of the one we are trying to release.

This resistance has its own intelligence. It protects, sometimes for years, what is not yet ready to rise into awareness.

What the vibrational body has recorded of the wound

The vibrational body works like an energetic hard drive, and cellular memory is its finest trace. Every experience leaves an imprint there, and experiences that have not settled remain active long after the events.

The memory that stays active

An active memory can be recognised by its reactivity. A word, a tone of voice, a date is enough to reawaken the whole charge, as if time had softened nothing.

In subtle anatomy, this charge does not occupy a memory alone. It permeates the subtle bodies, can be read in the auric field and often concentrates on a specific chakra.

Vibrational frequency and Bovis units

A being's vibrational frequency, or vibrational rate, is measured in Bovis units. It rises and falls according to what we carry, what we let settle and what we sustain.

A heavy memory lowers this rate lastingly. Conversely, forgiveness that has truly settled releases energy that students often describe as a sense of lightness.

From the emotional body to the light body

The passage happens in successive layers, from the physical body to the light body. Each layer carries its own auric field, and each is purified at its own pace.

The EVOCQ® method works through this sequence in order: purifying the field, releasing limiting memories, reconnecting with the original vibration. The hidden gold of the quantum space is released gradually as old charges settle.

Vibrational therapy: supporting forgiveness without ever forcing it

Vibrational therapy does not act on the memory itself. It works on the field in which this memory is lodged, so as to make settling possible.

A vibrational protocol always begins with grounding and with a framework stated out loud. The practitioner then harmonises the areas where density can be felt, without ever putting words in the client's mouth.

The vibrational approach does not treat, cure or heal an old wound: these three words do not belong to this practice. It supports a movement and contributes to well-being, sometimes to a deep relaxation that eases the charge.

A vibrational session received from an energy practitioner can open the door without walking through it. The settling itself always belongs to the person experiencing it, and to no one else.

This is the balance taught in the SOLARIS training, practitioner of vibrational ascension technologies and of the Intelligence of Light. The work of forgiveness is taught there as an art of holding the framework as much as a technique.

The stages of a feeling that settles

The method offers no universal recipe, because no two stories are alike. It offers a four-stage progression, travelled at whatever speed is needed.

Acknowledge before letting it settle

The first stage consists in naming what happened, without softening it. Many learners discover here that they had minimised the wound in order to keep moving forward.

The second stage is that of feeling. The charge is allowed to rise within a held framework, with the tools of the curriculum: quantum meditation, guided reflection, metaphors and speaking aids.

The third stage is the settling itself. It does not announce itself: it arrives, often after a long resistance, and participants describe it as a clear release.

The fourth stage is integration. Over time, we check that the memory no longer reawakens the charge, and we record what has shifted.

When the movement does not come

Sometimes nothing settles, occasionally for months. This is neither a failure nor a delay: it is a signal about rhythm, and it is respected.

In this case, the mentoring moves the work elsewhere. We consolidate grounding, strengthen energetic hygiene, and come back later to the memory that was resisting.

Forgiving yourself, the side we forget

Most learners first think of forgiving someone else. Yet the heaviest side is often turned towards oneself.

It concerns what we did not say, did not see, did not protect. This charge lay outside the field of awareness, and that is what makes it so hard to name.

The Academy's frame of reference places this movement within a long-term spiritual journey, not a one-off exercise. We stop judging ourselves through the eyes of the old wound, and the soul mission becomes legible again, aligned with the Source.

The bonds that take longest to settle are often those of a soul family, those closely united souls we meet again from one life to the next. The intensity of the bond explains the intensity of the charge.

Many lightworkers go through this side before being able to support others. We cannot pass on a path we have not walked.

What this path changes in the practitioner's stance

A trained practitioner knows that this stage cannot be commanded. They create the conditions, hold the framework and let the moment come.

The Academy makes this an assessment criterion during the curriculum. A technical gesture is quickly learned; holding a framework without intervening takes months of practice.

What the practitioner never decides

A practitioner does not decide that a person must forgive, turn the page or change their life. They support a movement; they never prescribe it.

This restraint is not lukewarmness; it is precision. Forgiveness suggested from the outside produces a superficial agreement that unravels at the first trigger.

It is also a question of energetic hygiene for the practitioner themselves. Supporting these movements requires a clear, grounded field, maintained session after session.

The most common mistakes around forgiveness

Five confusions come up in almost every journey. Knowing them avoids months of standing still.

Confusing forgiveness with forgetting: the memory remains available; it is the charge that withdraws.

Forgiving out of duty: forgiveness decided in order to do the right thing remains mental and quickly unravels.

Waiting for an apology: the work of forgiveness does not depend on the other person, and that is precisely what makes it possible.

Believing everything resolves in one go: settling happens in layers, rarely in a single session.

Skipping the feeling stage: understanding is not enough; the vibrational body needs to be moved through.

Table: surface forgiveness and settled forgiveness

The table below summarises the two levels, as students describe them over the course of the curriculum. It has no diagnostic value whatsoever and serves only as a reading guide.

They share their journey

Liliane D. completed individual mentoring with Muriel Gaillard, founder of the Academy. Her Google review describes the stage this article is about.

“Over the months, I appreciated her guidance and her teaching skill in taking me on a journey through memories hidden deep within me. With the help of tools such as meditation, reflection, metaphors and the little genie cards, speaking became easier.”

“The hardest thing for me was the work on forgiveness, but through reflection and discussion, I understood that you really had to feel it deep in your heart. It brought great satisfaction and a lot of peace.”

“Muriel also guided me on the path of awakening consciousness, to see things differently through transformation processes, to understand my limits and access other truths. As a therapist, I now have new tools in hand to keep doing good around me.”

Ethical framework for energy support

The Academy's approach — curriculum, mentoring and energy healing — is complementary to conventional medical care and never a substitute for it. The two registers stand side by side, with no hierarchy or opposition.

When faced with a physical symptom, the course of action is the same for everyone: see a doctor. A trained practitioner refers the person to a health professional and continues their support in parallel if the person so wishes.

The work described here is not psychotherapy and does not take its place. When long-standing suffering remains overwhelming in daily life, energy support does not replace appropriate care.

No result is guaranteed, no timeframe is promised. What is passed on is a framework and tools, and the way to hold them ethically.

Intense breathing practices do not fall within this framework without the supervision of a trained practitioner. They are neither described nor recommended for unsupervised practice in this curriculum.

Frequently asked questions about the work of forgiveness

Is the work of forgiveness a mandatory stage of the curriculum?

No stage is imposed on a learner, and this one even less than the others. It comes up when the path leads there, and the mentoring adapts.

Do you need to see the person concerned again for forgiveness to settle?

No, and it is often better not to make it a condition. The settling takes place in your own field, not in the relationship.

How long does this stage take on average?

It varies from a few weeks to several months, sometimes longer. The curriculum arrangements and pace are explained during the discovery call.

Can you support a client in this area without having been through it yourself?

The Academy's answer is no, and it is consistent. A practitioner who has not walked this path projects their own shadow areas onto the session.

Is the energetic approach enough to release an old memory?

It contributes to it, within a framework and with regularity, but nothing happens without the person. Support opens a space; it does not decide in the person's place.

I can't manage to forgive: does that block everything else?

No, the curriculum moves forward on other fronts in the meantime. We consolidate grounding and practice, and this memory will resurface by itself when the time comes.

Moving forward on this path with support

If this path speaks to you, the simplest thing is to talk about it in person. The International Academy of the Quantum Creator offers a free, no-obligation discovery call.

You will share your journey, your questions and the pace that suits you; the curriculum arrangements will be explained to you then.

Book a discovery call — and let what needs to settle finally find its moment.
